Linux Driver for TBS 6903
Posted: Fri Oct 07, 2016 10:05 am
Hello everyone:
I have a TBS 6903 card and want to use it in Linux Mint 17.3
It has been detected by the command lspci --vvnn and this is the output:
02: 00.0 Multimedia controller [0480]: Device [544d: 6178]
Subsystem: Device [6903: 0001]
Control: I / O + Mem + BusMaster + SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B- DisINTx-
Status: Cap + 66MHz- UDF- FastB2B- ParErr- fast DEVSEL => TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort-> SERR- <PERR- INTx-
Latency: 0, Cache Line Size: 64 bytes
Interrupt: A pin routed to IRQ 11
Region 0: Memory at f7d00000 (32-bit, non-Prefetchable) [size = 256K]
Capabilities: <access denied>
Now I am following a guide to compile the driver in https://github.com/tbsdtv/linux_media/wiki and get to run the command make -j4 but its output errors.
This output is too long to post on the forum
The kernel in use is:
3.19.0-32-generic # 37 ~ Ubuntu 14.04.1 SMP-Thu Oct. 22 2015 9:41:40 UTC x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU / Linux
Please help !
Thank you very much.
regards
Marcelo
