Win 10 says driver unsigned

I have a new Dell Inspiron 3670 and purchased a TBS 6902 card. Driver from TBS web site. Driver is V1.0.0.3 and windows 10 home tells me it is not signed and will not let it run. 6902 is not of much value when driver will not work. Ideas?

Which driver package you are using ? make sure you are using the win10 package :
http://www.tbsiptv.com/download/tbs6902/TBS6902-driver-win10-v1.0.0.3.zip
and please send the win10 error picture here let us have a check
