Driver and card has worked just fine for several years, and suddenly it doesn't anymore. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.1586
Device manager now has an exclamation mark on the card and code 52, driver signature problem.
I'm running TBS6290 DVB-T2/T Windows Driver V1.0.0.2 from tbsdtv.com

What change you have made, before the change everything is well ? and which driver package you are using ?

Haven't changed anything, besides normal windows update?
Don't know what you mean by driver package, i've just downloaded the driver mentioned above and installed x64.
