TBS 6981 "all tv tuners are currently in use"

Hi, I'm running 8.1 pro with media centre, using a TBS6981 dual dvb s2 card with latest windows 8 drivers for that card.

However, if I'm recording a HD channel, I cannot seem to watch another hd channel at the same time, I can watch non hd channels, when a HD channel is recording. I get this message, all available tuners are currently in use (to which i can stop the recording to watch the other HD channel)
I see there is a hotfix for this for windows 7, which i tried for 8.1 but received an error message. Its a dual tuner so why cant i record HD AND watch another HD channel at the same time?

I receive TV signal through satellite LNB lines.




My specs:8.1 pro with MCE 8 (latest updates)
TBS6981 dual dvb s2 card (latest drivers)
Asus HD 6450 graphics card. (latest drivers)
