No Drivers for Raspberry PI

I am most disappointed to find that the drivers for the TBS5520 (USB multistandard tuner) are incomplete, and the components supplied as binaries only.

I've been trying to get the device to work with a Raspberry Pi2, but cannot recompile the drivers as several software components are supplied without source and only with binary objects for x86 and x86_64, but crucially not the armhf architecture that the Pi/Pi2 uses.

There exists a patch which I successfully build kernel for OpenELEC (linux 4.1.12). But I'm not sure if it is public or not.
