Hi all,
I confirm the words of Steven. For everyone else, sorry for the premature conclusion about the driver. However, the problem persists, but they are working to resolve it (maybe, I hope :?: ).

Short summary of the problem
Dual tuner / dual CI TBS6680 PCIe card can not satisfactorily work simultaneously with two tuners

At the end of November 2012 I bought this card. I found that the card does not meet its published specifications. This card does not work with any of the recommended programs (ProgBVB, DVBDream, TBSViewer), even with Windows Media
Center.

The problem I have gradually turned to Turbosight Europe (Constantine), technical support DVB Viewer (Hackbart), business department TBS (Hellen) and again on technical support (steven). At the request of Constantine, and then especially steven, I made several series of tests. In my opinion, the last series of tests I have performed, clearly demonstrates the bug in the Windows driver. The results of this latest series of tests I sent to technical support TBS (steven) at the end of January 2013.

After several requests for progress in solving the problem steven early March just admitted that the problem actually exists. It had been more than half a year since my purchase cards and solving the problem is still not.

If it is true that "TBS has an excellent R & D team with many years experience in Providing a high degree of technology integration and development capabilities" (see), where is the problem?

Hi Retiree

Sorry that i have not shared the progress with you, Now we have fixed this problem
which have been confirmed by MediaPortal and MP will update it later.
DVBViewer will be update later too we have send the latest DLL to them.

So before the official DVBViewer release ,Would you mind downloading our latest ci dll
http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/document ... .0.1.2.zip
And replace the one in DVBViewer folder and try again.

Kind Regards

steven

Hi Steven,

Perhaps you still do not understand ...
TbsDIapi.dll ensures cooperation decoding CA module with the program DVB Viewer. I never wrote about the problem with rendering coded stations and gradually I tested the several slightly different versions of the DLL (I can attach list).
I never wrote that it is a problem DVBViewer (or ProgDVB or DVBDream).

The problem occurs even when using unencrypted (FTA) multiplexes and the problem is reproducible. I thought it showed a series of my tests.
You write me that Atef uses DVBV & RS, but Atef describes a single tuner and single CI (TBS6928). I have the problem with dual tuner (TBS6680). Between these two cards will probably be the difference ...
Almost from the beginning I try to show that it is probably an error in the Windows driver, is irrelevant whether'll use DVBViewer or DVBDream or ProgDVB

Best Regards,
Retiree
