No sound for Dolby Digital + Channel

I am in Luxembourg and we receive channels from Lux, Germany, Belgium and France.
I have a problem with a specific channel.
It is a HD channel named France2HD, I have no sound with the TBS 6680.
I have tried with several apps : Media Portal, TBS Viewer, Windows Media Center, progDVB, DVBLink etc. I always have the same issue.
The picture is perfect (1080i), but absolutely no sound. Other channel which are supposed to use the same DD+ works correctly (M6HD, TF1HD).
Attached are 2 streams as seen by TBSViewer :
- No sound
- Sound ok
So far I would say this is hardware or driver related, any guess ?
I am running a Windows 8.1 x64, and tested with DVB-C and virtual DVB-S driver (couldn't find the channel with virtual DVB-T driver).
Any idea/workaround ?
