Oh well, first I updated to 2.0 (which was quiet a job because I had to get an old-fashioned RS232 cable and buy an USB-to-COM-Adapter for my Notebook first). Thereby I lost all settings (IP-Address, Time/Time-Zone, Network Drive Mapping, TVHeadend Muxes, Services, Channel-Orders etc.). Then I updated to 2.01 and again lost all settings. And now I updated to 2.02 - and again lost all settings. Now for next time: Is there maybe a way to save those settings - especially the channel order in TVheadend - before doing an update?

Brgds

hi fantasticn ,
Tvheadend's configure file is in the dir " /.hts " which is the hide dir . you can get ".hts " via ssh ,sftp . and after upgrade MOI , you can put .hts dir to the " / " dir to replace of the '.hts'

Best regards!

Hi xiaocao,

thank you very much for the hint. I will save the file before the next update and copy it back afterwards.

you have to stop the autoboot
see this line:
Code: Select All Code
Hit any key to stop autoboot: 0

there is a 3 seconds countdown, press "enter" to stop the autoboot and input the commands from tutorial
