Newbie questions

I'm looking to order a Moi box and before I do was hoping I could get a few quick newbie questioned answered...

1) I'm planning to use the device with XBMC and TVHeadend PVR to stream to my HTPC's. Am I right in thinking that the XBMC PVR Plug-in can record TV and time-shift live TV?
2) Are there any included pre-sets for UK Freesat HD channels, or will I have to set the channel order manually myself?
3) Approximately how much power does the device use at idle and when active?
4) Do any of your UK distributors sell the Moi? So far I've only been able to find Hong Kong distributors, but ideally would like to avoid having to go about importing the device myself.

Sorry if any of these have been answered elsewhere, have searched around but couldn't find definite answers.
