Is it possible to fix this ??
or can i "feed" tvhedend with a xmltv.xml file ??
or can i maybe use the xmltv.sock for this ??

This is question for tvheadend support forum, but specially for MOI, need to be installed also xmltv, I think.

I think I'll need xmltv too for one provider.

Please, let me know, for what services You need a xmltv (satellite, services).
