Is TVHeadend loosing all its settings when I update Moi via MMC?

Till there is no button to export/import TVHeadend config, can someone give me a manual for saving the TVHeadend config? (E.g. copy the config file to MMC and back to another MOI)
I´m able to connect via putty, but I´m new with linux and have no idea what I´m actually doing.

Here some ideas for upcoming updates:
A button to export/import TVHeadend config would be nice.
Also an option to add my own NTP Server.

Also NTFS support for USB and MMC would be nice. Recordings in Matraska are smaller, but max. filesize is limited to 4GB with FAT32.

Edit: What other file systems are supported? Can I format my MMC card directly with the Moi?
