TVH with Oscam and USB mouse - HD+ or SKY V14

I've got TVH 4.1 running now, but I don't know how to build in Oscam with USB mouse to be able to look scrambled TV channels.
Does somebody has a working config for this kind ? It would be really nice if somebody can post it(Configs) or is able to help me.
