Unable to connect with ssh

Hi,
We are using 6 MOI DVB-S2 Streaming Box in our company, but I have an issue with one of them. I am unable to connect to the MOI with ssh. With telnet I have no issue.I can see in /var/log/messages that the remote ssh client is connected, but I can do nothing after the password authentication.
It is a new MOI with 2.0.3 firmware. I also tried to flash again the firmware.
In RS232 boot messages I can see a lot of ECC errors. I have also this error on a second MOI.

Any ideas?

I don't see any bootlog.
Ecc is ram error correcting, so bad ram. You should never see ecc errors.
