i just wanna stream , need some advice

I have clear qam available , its analog is the problem , after doing hours of research I have found they can broadcast clear qam on a analog or digital signal.
I have a tbs6704 that I thought wouold work but it wont.
I have a Hauppauge USb that works .
can someone direct me to the software where I can turn these channels into .ts streams and send to my server

I would love to use TBS product if I can find one that wouold work if anyone have suggestions on that as well

For the QAM signal it is analog or digital ? QAM-B ? what about your location ?

I think its clear qam over analog , not 100% but I think that's why the 6704 wont pick it up.

What software does people use to manage their Channels and send them to a ip. that would prob help me in big way.

for analog signal we have no solution yet sorry about this
