Latest TVHeadend 3.9 GIT and OSCAM Trunk

Because both TVHeadend and OSCAM haven't been updated for a while for use on the MOI DVB-S2, I decided to compile my own versions based upon the latest git and trunk versions.

Because the current TVHeadend git-version is using an old config, you'll need to convert the .hts/tvheadend folder using the migration tool (see: https://www.tvheadend.org/boards/5/topics/9792) or start over again. Another option would be to use a Enigma2/LameDB channellist and us the lamedb2tvh script (https://bitbucket.org/picons/lamedb2tvh/src) to convert it.

These builds are provided as is, are are not optimized in any way for the MOI and using them is at your own risk. I can't be held responsible for any issues that may arise. They seemed to work fine on my MOI DVB-S2 with firmware 2.0.3.

Grab the compressed file the following location and make a backup of the original versions and the configs before replacing them: http://shalafi.home.xs4all.nl/moi/30082 ... nd.tar.bz2

For complete information, these builds are based upon:
- OSCAM Revision 9842
- TVHeadend 3.9 Revision 2746998859717b9b06fe026f906bcd696a1aeba1

I managed to compile libdvbcsa and compile last nights git against it.

You can grab the download from here: http://shalafi.home.xs4all.nl/moi/20143 ... csa.tar.gz
