Disappointing. Whole week no response.
TBS6285 is a bad card and TBS is a bad service company.

The CEO of TBS had better contact me to understand what happened.

One week has passed.

Guys, you can see for yourself how badly and slowly they respond to customer feedback and RMA requests. Gravely disappointed.

I tested the TransEdit on another DVB-C device I had (brand is AstroMeta), and as you can see, it worked for a long time (see the high number of packages).

Wow... you guys offered to refund me 30% while I still have to return you the card. I have to lose 70% of my payment for nothing?

How can anyone agree to this when it is your card problem?

Quite disappointing that you deleted my posts.

Trying to hide your service lapses?

Kim Wrote:@Kiwi - as mentioned in another thread, I bought a TBS6205 to replace my problematic TBS6285 and it works well.

We got a bad deal and you still rewarded them for that by buying another product? That is not what I will do.

My card is still under warranty, for your information.
