TBS 2603 and vMix

we try to use the TBS2603 with vMix (vMix.com)
normaly it should work as a Stream input
but we get the error
Invalid Stream Control URI:rtsp://(none):554/hdmi/trackID=0
status says the URL is
rtsp://192.168.1.168:554/hdmi
this works in VLC
but not in vMix
youcan try it with a free trial of vMix by yourself
