Which driver you are using now? it seems a windows OS , right?
here you can uninstall the driver:
"my computer"——"manage "——"“Device Manager" ——"Sound, video and game controllers", then click the device, select "uninstall".

And the "tbs6209.sys" is installed in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers", you can remove it manually.
Any questins please write to us: support@tbsdtv.com

Thanks

yes, I have windows 10 operating system.
the drivers was for the 6209 (win 10).

I have try several times to delete from:
control panel, system, device manager...
but at the next reboot, the card is ready
to work inside sound, video and game...
I would try to delete from the system32 folder,
but with tbs I see:
tbs.sys
tbs6205.sys
tbs6209.sys
so, I can remove easily tbs6209.sys,
but the other one: tbs.sys is a file for both cards ???
thank very much.

another thing to add that I can't run tbs 6209 tuner is:
till yesterday the change mode tool has work fine,
also if with my 6209 I don't have never see 1 channel.
yesterday and today, the tool run a error.
I run it with administrator, and the tool at the place
to open the windows where choose what to do with
the tuner, make this new windows:

so, after this what I can say???
the card is broken or something else ?
thank very much

Hi,
it's win 10 64-bit, right? can it work keep click "ok" 3 times?
1.Yes, you can remove "tbs6209.sys" directly under " "C:\Windows\System32\drivers"".

2. Which driver you are using now? it's downloaded from our website? this error is about the compatibility between the mode_change tool and the driver, not about the card.

3. Do you have another PC which running windows 32-bit OS, you can try it first, i'm sure it works in 32-bit OS. We'll check this issue. Any questions please write to us directly, you will get a quick reply.
