tbs 6209 never seen channel

hi, I have buy this card for replace the old quad-tuner, only
because I need to record from more of 4 different mux.
from when I have buy this new card, I have never seen 1 dvb-t channel.
what to do ?
i'm angry to have spent 350 euro for see nothing.
i'm ready for send back the card and ask for the money.

For the 6209 what about the signal input is the loopout signal from 6205 ? please have a try direct put the signal to 6209 check whether is ok
