I'm a newby in this subject and I need some tips.

So, I've regular subscription with a satellite tv provider.

My house is structured on three floors: me, my mothers and my sister...my intention is make available satellite tv program on every apartment with tvheadend using maybe.

My doubts: TBS6909X is it right for me? Can I use splitter for coaxial cable that came from parabola? If I consider to make a mini pc server to install TBS6909X what can I do to decrypted signal with my sat card? Do I have use an QBOX and if so, is it enough just one?

EDIT I almost forgot: I would like to preserve the broadcasts in 4k

You can using our tuner card streaming the chanenls with tvheadend to your LAN then all device inside the LAN you can
success watch , the problem is for the encrypted channels you need to use the right CAM + smart card with our TBS6590 it is dual
tuner support two CAM at the same time , you can streaming 2xtransponder channels .
