Tbs2605 problem

TBS2605 HDMI Video encoder not only supports 2 channels 4K or 5 channels H.265 encoding, but also supports multiprotocol output. Each channel supports HTTP/HLS/RTMP(RTMPS)/RTSP/UDP protocols outputting simultaneously. TBS2650 is equipped with 4 x TBS2605 encoding boards in 1U chaasis.

TBS2605/TBS2650 has been upgraded to integrate with NewTek's royalty-free NDI®|HX technology, converts the HDMI input signals into full-bandwidth NDI streams seperately, enabling users to effortlessly connect HDMI-equipped sources to NDI-enabled media networks, devices and applications.

firstly hello everyone
I bought this machine 1 year ago with great hopes. But I had a big disappointment.
tbs 2605 software support unfortunately not available.
Although I have repeatedly mailed the company I purchased, it did not help me.
my problem is the screen turns green when i input 2160p broadcast to hdm input.
does not transcoding when I add any broadcast to the network stream.
I expect help from the masters in this regard.

1080P_50hz/60hz or lower size input is ok, except 4k_30, right?

Where're you bought from?
Woluld like to send it back to us for a check?

I have the bill, if you want, I can send it,
1080P_50hz ok no problem, but 2130p 30ps mixed screen,
what matters to me is that it doesn't transcode when I add any broadcast to the network stream,
I don't understand why there is no update.
