USB device not recognized

Hi,

My 5922 occasionally stops being recognized by Windows, I get the popup "USB device not recognized" and in Device Manger it shows as "Unknown USB device".

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Any help appreciated.

Do you have tested it in other computer ,is it the same?or would you mind try to another USB slot to have a test.

Hello,

I tried it on another PC Windows 7, it still shows "Unknown Device" in Device Manager. I am using the V2.0.1.6 driver.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the USB drivers.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte.

This error happenned the first time I used the device, I fixed it a couple of times by reinstalling the driver, now this does not work

please try this:
First pulled out 5922 power, then plugged in, then to install the driver.
