TBS technologies has released a new PCI express DVB-C Dual Tuner Dual CI card. TBS6680 is a kind of Cable PCTV card which allows CAM insertion for watching payTV digital satellite channels. It works with the many CAMs,such as AlphaCrypt (Mascom),Conax (NCAM HD) ,Conax (NP4), Conax (SMiT), Conax (Technisat), Irdeto (Skylink),Viaccess (SCM)…. Over30 CAMs capable. With 2 Tuners, it can be used for watching or recording 2 channels simultaneously. With 2 integrated CI slots, it can be used for watching or recording Free to Air TV and Pay TV(if correct CAM and subscription smartcard are equipped). Both Windows BDA driver and Linux driver up to the latest kernel are provided. The unique TBS (Virtual DVBT) driver and (Virtual DVBT) MCE tool make it possible to read CAM/Smartcard on Windows7 Media Center, thus you can watch or record subscription TV on Windows7 Media Center. On Linux platform, you can also watch paytv by using correct software.
