Soto65, Thanks for the suggestion. Uninstalling/Reinstalling both the TBS Viewer and the Drivers didn't seem to make any difference at all. I'm glad to hear that someone else with Win7 64 has success. I'm sure it's something odd about my machine, but it gives me hope that I can solve it.
I thought I would include a screen capture of what I see (or rather do not see) in the TBSViewer. The hardware is not detected here although it is detected in TBS IP, TBS Record, TBS Blind Scan, CrazyCat, and BLScan.
