Figured it out. I had to change all my transponders manually from circular to linear and then it worked. I hope I can help other people with this information.

hello. I am trying to set up my tbs6922 with nextpvr. I have echo7 on diseq bb and echo 10 on diseq aa. I get no signal from either. it scans perfectly well with dvbdream but not with nextpvr or mediaportal. What am i missing and tbs please help. it says in your product info that my card would work ...

For some reason i can not get my tbs6922 to work with mediaportal. My setup is a stab-hh roater with qph-031 lnb Linear to port 1 of switch and circular to port 4. mediaportal picks up the card but when I go to scan or setup roater it says I have no signal I have the same setup working with dvbdream...
