I realize there is a new driver version v141019.
I have tested it with the same result (kernel 3.17.1-3.gd944251-desktop).
It doesn't scan well and the resulting video of dvbstream is corrupted.

Today I have downgrade the linux kernel to: Linux 3.11.10-17-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Jun 16 15:28:13 UTC 2014 (fba7c1f) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux But it is still not working. I have the same problem in openSUSE 13.1 It doesn't tune and besides it has not scanned all the channels.
