according to the email exchange, you reported about 10pcs faulty TBS8920 cards with necessary information provided, but in the recent email it was reported that you have 4pcs faulty TBS6984, which made it very confusing, a reply was sent to you but we got no confirmation or further information about the faulty cards ( about what faulty cards you have), then you sent another email complaining about not getting reply.
