obtain TS from the TBS8920 card

I have a C++ bulid system. Can I obtain the demodulated TS (Transport Stream) from the SDK of the 8920 card in my system? If yes, is the SDK free and where to get the SDK?

u can receive TS from TBS 8920 through PROGDVB
