TBS MatrixTV system update to V1.0.0.3-1

Hi all

Sorry that V1.0.0.3 still have some diseqc problem.so we update a new one V1.0.0.3-1 ,

TBS MatrixTV system has been updated to V1.0.0.3 with following improvements:

1.Use wolfgar latest XBMC which fixed a lot of problem especially about the HD .Thank you very much for the effort made by wolfgar.
2.Add TBS USB tuner support for the following products:
TBS 5990 Dual DVB-S/S2 CI BOX
TBS 5280 DVB-T/C
TBS 5281 DVB-T/C
3.Merge wolfgar latest kernel update.
4.Fix Diseqc Setup can not scan low band issue
5.Fixe some small bugs


In this package already include the DVB-T and DVB-C kernel,In burn tool Profiles\MX6Q Linux Update\OS Firmware\files folder.
If you want to use the DVB-T just rename the uImage_DVBT_20140217 file to uImage.
or DVB-C uImage_DVBC_20140217 to uImage

Hi steven!

DiSEqC config is OK.
Channel scanning with TBS5925 is OK.
Oscam configured and work.
Scrambled channel is not OK.
vdr-plugin-DVBAPI missing or not work correctly.

In XBMC Output resolution and freqency not adjustable.
24P mkv movies freeze with 60P Output frequency.
