Could someone please explain what these HDMI settings do?

The TBS2603 User Guide is silent about what these actually do:

Key interval
MinQp
MaxQp
Package

I am particularly curious about that last one since the only choices are "A" or "B" and, like the others shown here, it is not even mentioned in the User Guide except in a screenshot.

Could you please enlighten me on what those do? Or, is there another document I should be looking at that explains those?
