hi, i'm glad to hear that the problem is sorted out. also, your re-seller informed us about it and i asked him to send your old TBS 6920 card for diagnostics - hopefully we will be able to find something more. unfortunately, it's much more easy to test in environment like your in each the problem can be reproduced. however, i believe it's more some fault in your TBS 6920 card, because no one else reported such issues and we have many customers.
