The card is functional - tested in Windows 7.
Driver is http://www.tbsdtv.com/download/ .
How would you proceed to eliminate this problem?

It's about problem drivers.Tested with dvblast, mumudvb, vdr.
In Windows, this phenomenon shows after breaking up with linux distro after reboot.Otherwise, the windows ok.
Maybe it is a parameter "pilot", which Linux driver can not switch ???

Yet few remarks:
-parameter "pilot" does not matter
-it does not apply to all DVB-S2 transp.
-maybe non-standard PAT(EIT):
