It should not be the problem as "polarity inversion" ,Because we can confirm that some broad after update
the BIOS it have fixed the problem.Maybe still need to update the BIOS to fix this problem.

Dear rickyticky, has your issue been resolved? We're facing an identical issue (described here) with a different Supermicro board and 6285/6985.
