You need manual input the frequency like this:

and your MOIPro using 6985 only support 4x frequenies at the same time.

Now stream and watch If you can see channels in Dvblast - it's super easy now - select service - mark wich checkbox and press button on the bottom of list.
Use any media player on PC, enter given IP and you're done here - you can watch.
After that you can think on advanced config. Always step by step, firstly simple action, then go deep.
PS: I'll answer on PW at weekend - sorry I'm a bit busy

Via the VLC media player or MPC-HC
nothing happens.
I receive a notification via MPC-HC;
Failed to render the file.
?!?

Why 239.255.0.1? Did you selected first channel? Show screenshot.
