lirc don`t work on Ubuntu 11.10

Hello,

i have the tbs6981 Card, and installed sucessfully the drivers from the homepage.
The Card works fine with DVB-S, DVB-S2, but i had problems with the infrared on the card.

The Log messages looks good, no error messages, but i can't send any signal.
Test with 'irw' was negative, no event/signal.
I have no idea why i don't get any signals

dmesg and syslog says that all is OK

the only thing i found was

System was an AMD E-350, with Ubuntu 11.10 64bit Installation. Kernel 3.0.0.14

Any idea's or solution ?
