Here is the solution kindly provided by Constantine from Turbosight

# tar xjvf linux-tbs-drivers.tar.bz2
# cd linux-tbs-drivers
# ./v4l/tbs-x86_64.sh
# ./v4l/tbs-dvbc-x86_64.sh
# make
# make install
# reboot

Hi. I installed the latest drivers from the tbsdtv.com but only dvb-t worked. then I tried the solution provided by steven on this card forum, but it didn't worked as well.
