This thread didn't get any answer till now. I am also facing the issue in dvb dream. Earlier I reported the exact issue in 5990 but it was working in dvb dream. Thanks @crazycat bro.. I used the same adapter that I used for 5990 which is of 12 V 2A and it is working fine!! Now all the packet loss issues in high bit rate got solved..
