did 6903 or 6903X .. can receive signal with above 50K symbol rate ??

on GTMEDIA V8UHD, have two tuner, DVB-S/S2/S2X and DVB-T/T2, i only open and saw ALI M1502, i dont open tuner metal box, but i think is same with ALI M3031.
