hi Sir you are using the card under windows or linux ? windows we have uninstall application , for linux you can try delete the media folder (# sudo rm -rf /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/media/) then install the driver again . This ridiculous, contacted support, first said maybe enough USB power. When I said i have both ports connected to USB 3.0, they said device is not compatible with USB 3.0 ports and only compatible with 2.0 ports It's funny cause my understanding that USB 3.0 is fully backward compatible with USB 2.0...
