An update on this, TBS support is very good and unrivalled, resolved, back online huge thanks and great to see such good product support.

Helllo, We’ve been using a TBS2216 HD encoder for some time now and has been good and reliable , recently ther has been an audio issue (white noise), adjusting the audio settings didn’t have an impact.
