I made links
ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux1
ln -s /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0 /dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr1

but I don't know how to set up parameters ...Can you please help me with ?

I have tried it several times. I have tried to switch between all USB plugs. I have tried to restart it...All actions without any tangible success.

Can you please clarify, what do you mean by "the device mode setting (of TBS5520SE) is incorrect" ?

I have a second Raspberry pi (4) with Libreelec with crazy cat driver and the same device works fine with it.
