Okay just tried everything from scratch.

newest driver from download site + mutex patch
newest sasc from trunk.
still the same issue.

Thanks for your reply.. I can mention that if anybody wonder where to see the Pc tuner card in lspci it would be something like the following: Phillips semiconductor multimedia controller. When using the drivers i followed the readme file in the readme folder which does not work for me, it installs ...

I am Having problems with this setup. Have tried different drivers and sasc-ng sources but with no luck. If I just use latest driver and latest sasc-ng I get a console error in mythtv backend setup (v. 0.24.1) something like: Cant open dvb frontend unknown card or device and it seems I get the same ...
