The IR Remote IS NOT working properly and makes the qbox crashing. As a fix, as not been released I personally gave up using the IR receptor as well as the remote. Is there a way to disable the IR Receptor? i.e. using my tv remote seems to interfere with the qbox ir and crashes the system as well. T...
I did manage to customise KEY_* mapping and get rid of lirc (woohooo!) KEY_RETURN was a silly test example as KEY_ENTER was the proper way to declare it. As I understand you can rename KEY_* into anything listed in that file: http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/devinput/lircd.conf.devinput I finally...
I Changed KEY_OK to KEY_RETURN in: /home/jerome/Sources/custom/linux-tbs-all_20100903/linux-tbs-all/linux/Documentation/DocBook/v4l/remote_controllers.xml /home/jerome/Sources/custom/linux-tbs-all_20100903/linux-tbs-all/linux/drivers/media/IR/keymaps/rc-pctv-sedna.c /home/jerome/Sources/custom/linux...

I already did the opposite: i rename the driver and line 345 to "dvb-usb-tbsqboxs2-id5928.fw" I am now able to see some telly. Is this the same or is it important to do it again like you said?
