Hi again sorry you seem to still have problems i have the 6981dual tuner card when the problem occured i first tried setting up wmc again doing a standard tv set up then a full transponder scan then a single transponder scan using the settings previously stated . My set up is now working fine again ...

Yes i know pain in the arse! Simply go into your wmp/tasks/tv setup/single transponder set up and type in Frequency 10847 , symbol rate 23 and vertical polarity then rescan should sort it.
