Re: New Desgined TBSViewer is ready now....

Hi Steven, I've done a quick test with the new version. The good news it that I can open the favorite list now via the new menu button. Is there a hot key to open the favorite list right away? However, the old favorite list was much easier and convenient to use. It also looked "nicer" and ...

Re: New Desgined TBSViewer is ready now....

Hi Steven, I've tested the redesigned TBSViewer for a short while. The reason to instantaneously go back to the previous version: I could not get/use the favorite list. For me , the automatic slide-in favorite list is one of the strongest features of TBSViewer. It allows very quick navigation betwee...

Code 10 and PCIe Power Managemenrt

In my new Dell XPS 8300 the TBS 6921 has had frequent "Code 10" problems. It was not initialized properly and was shown with a yellow triangle in the Windows Device Manager. In many but not all cases, a reboot of Windows brought the card back to operation, but it was a real pain. Inspired ...

New Driver 2.0.1.1

The new driver 2.0.1.1 is working OK for me. It would be helpful to get information on the changes. But there is not changelog coming with the driver. Another nice service would an automatic notification of interested users whenever a new driver comes out. TBSview is still showing jerking freezes wh...

Re: No signal after wake up from standby

With driver 2.0.0.9 I'm still (or again?) having the problem that my TBS 6921 is unable to survive a standby pause. TBS Viewer allows me to switch channels. The quick info texts are displayed properly, but neither audio nor video. Could it be that the energy handling of the board is set incorrectly?...

Driver 2.0.0.9 works for XP

2.0.0.9 works for me.
But I haven't realized any improvements compared to 2.0.0.7.
A changelog would be helpful.

Greetings

Re: Unstable driver tbs 6921

My tbs 6921 crashed for certain HD channels due to a wrong DiSEqC setting.
I don't use a DiSEqC switch. Therefore, the parameter should be "none" during channel scan.
By default, the channel scan is assuming the presence of DiSEqC.
Give it a try and report your findings!

Greetings

Standby Resume OK with Driver 2.0.0.7

Just to confirm:

My TBS 6921 properly resumes work after Standby with Win7 driver 2.0.0.7
(working on Windows XP SP3 and TBS Viewer).

With driver 2.0.0.2 I still had the Standby problem.

Greetings

Selecting Favorites rather than Channels via Remote Control

Hi all, might be a newbie question, but I am unable to select a favorite channel using my remote control with TBS 6921 and TBS Viewer. Example: When I click "2" I get channel 2 rather than the second favorite. To switch to my first favorite, I am forced to enter "194" which happe...
