I was thinking about getting a replacement to 6925. If not 6983 maybe 6905,6908 As far as TBS tbs6922se that is a good card too. If you wanted to save some money. then later on get a card that can do MIS. Or get TBS 5980 (USB) or TBS 5922se (USB) then take Laptop and USB card out to dish to do fine ...

I will try and answer that. I have the older TBS 6925 that was replaced by 6983. What I like about 6925 is when scanning satellites I can see what is TS(transport streams) and Generic streams. TS is what DVB Apps know how to handle for watching video because of the packets are sent in 188 bytes. exa...

thought I would post this one. because it was in Europe.
Maybe you can look at it. I think its Trellis/QAM

Satellite QAM card

Sorry, I can't find a appropriate section for this topic other than here.
Does TBS make a satellite card that can demodulate QAM for example this signal if its still there?? 34.5W 11135 Vertical

Yes, I too was wondering about the progress of TBS 5926 ?
Which I believe is USB version of 6983.

I see in download section there was "driver support" added back in 12-25-14

I highlighted in blue the beginning of 10 byte bbheader in red is the 7 byte GSE header which has a 6 byte label in orange is the encapsulated Ts packets 470800 which all line up at 188 bytes.
