Okay I have this sorted now.

What happened was I previously followed an out of date guide which resulted in my channels db being filled with junk.

I deleted all channels, started again with a full scan on all transponders, and now I have EPG data!

Got my TBS6981 installed and can watch TV channels fine via mplayer. I've set the card up in MythTV - following this guide http://parker1.co.uk/mythtv_freesat.php I can watch Live TV in MythTV frontend but can't see any EPG data. If I do a full scan of all transponders I get some EPG data, but only ...
