I am installed driver before many times to earlier ubuntus. I have linux headers and sources installed. I taked two additional cards off, changed from bios PnP OS->OFF.
After that TBS worked, then I added two cards back, then all 3-cards worked.
Still there is shared IRQ 15.

Was wrong type option, no drivers installed?
I have Asus P5KC MB...

I have same issue with Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS 64-BIT with 3.13.0-36-generic kernel and latest 140819 drivers But card is TBS6281.
