Empty, seems drivers issue many other post seem to happend too, please step by step guide!

ubuntu 20.10/20.04 lts, tvheadend on dvb inputs TV adapters is empty, there is any solution available? the installation guide is not working for me.

I try many tutorials from here to install linux driver in ubuntu-17.10-desktop-amd64, but did not work always fail both official and open driver, there is any updated guides step by step!
