So it is device tree difference? Now that the problem is narrowed down I can compare this two and try to fix.

But it happens on only this 2 systems? I have matrix v1.2 and v2.3 and I see no problem. So will be hard to fix.

No, I don't think there is Mfgtool issue or u-boot. Because system starts.

I think this is master build with Jarvis but newer kernel 3.14.54.

OpenELEC 6.0 with old u-boot bootloader. Maybe that's the issue. If not I will make another test image with newer kernel.

I will look this once v6.0.1 will be released.

Actually, doing that does NOT work for me for some reason - if I don't delete that folder and start over then it fails during the "make" step. You should clean everything with make clean or maybe make distclean . This will move folder to clean state. With putting all commands in one bash ...
